Six houses around a courtyard, an avocado orchard, a pool and the sea in the distance. There is no hall, no stage, no glass roof — there is avocado shade, packed-earth ground and silence.
We host one event at a time and only with exclusive use of the grounds: on the day of your celebration there are no other guests at the estate. Whoever wants to stay sleeps in the houses; everyone else is seven minutes from Tavira.

eight ways to use the estate
weddings
Ceremony and dinner at long tables in the avocado orchard, party in the courtyard. Two days of use: the day before to set up, the day after to clear away.
private parties
Milestone birthdays, hen and stag parties, reunions. Pool by day, fire and a long table at night.
yoga retreats
Practice on the terrace at sunrise, houses for every participant, a large kitchen for your chef. Three to seven nights.
team offsites
Fibre internet across the estate, a shaded courtyard to work in, dinner together. VAT invoice and accommodation receipt.
productions & shoots
Editorials, campaigns, wedding shoots. Late-afternoon light in the orchard, six different interiors, van access.
long dinners
A single table among the avocado trees, from late afternoon to midnight. The simplest format and the one the estate does best.

Sunday lunch with children running on the lawn and the pool in full view of all the adults.

avocado orchard
The largest space on the estate and the heart of any event: flat ground beneath the avocado trees. It fits long tables for 50 people, or a marquee if you want to bring one.

central courtyard
Cobbled, enclosed by the six houses, sheltered from the wind. This is where the bar goes and where people dance until one in the morning — the only spot on the estate where the music can be turned up.

the eira
The estate's old threshing floor, spacious and open, with sea views. It works for dancing at the end of the night or for a daytime activity — a class, a game, an outdoor practice.

The highest point of the property, facing the ria. It hosts the welcome drink in the late afternoon, morning yoga, the toast and the group photo.

how the rental works
we rent the space, not the service
We would rather be honest: we have no events team, no in-house catering and no furniture. We give you the estate empty and clean, with water, power and access — you choose the rest, with whoever you like.

The six houses can be booked as a block together with the event, usually with a two-night minimum. The couple, close family or retreat participants stay here. The other guests stay in Tavira, seven minutes away.

practical conditions
what to know before you decide
Amplified sound in the courtyard until 01:00. After that, background music only. This is the condition that allows us to keep hosting events.
May, June, September and October are the best months for outdoor events. July and August are reserved for accommodation, with rare exceptions.
Civil weddings can be held at the estate by arrangement with the Tavira Registry Office. Symbolic ceremonies, with no formalities at all.
There is soil, insects, two cats and avocado trees shedding leaves. No open fires, paper lanterns or confetti — but on the bright side, no carpet.
The date is secured with 40% of the total. The balance is due fifteen days before the event, along with a refundable deposit.
Every event is priced individually. We send a written quote after a conversation or a visit to the estate — no hidden fees.
